Rising Healthcare Leader

The Rising Health Leader is an award given to healthcare student, trainee or early career profession (<5 years in practice) who has exhibited impactful community service, leadership role and dedication to improving education and health in underserved communities.

Eligibility:

Healthcare student, trainee or early career healthcare professional (<5 years)
Worked on community service projects and led efforts in improving health and education in underserved communities.
Nominate by AMF board or the applicant mentor.

Application deadline: October 1
Award announcement: November- December

The honoree will receive the award and scholarship.
